I could not have dreamed of a more perfect officiant for our wedding!
We had an intimate wedding of 25 guests at Folktale Winery in Carmel
Valley. Every step of the way, Fr. Francis Duda was patient,
warm-hearted, and very accommodating with us.
We discussed our wedding at length together over a coffee. He took the
time to get to know us and our story as a couple. After our meeting,
he promptly followed up with an email of several versions of potential
ceremonies for us to review.
The day of our rehearsal, he was well-prepared and thoroughly walked
us through the whole ceremony. The day of our wedding, Fr. Duda was a
pillar of strength and the utmost professional. He had such a calming
presence and with poise and humor, guided us through the whole
ceremony.
We cannot thank him enough for making our wedding so special!

Carmel Wedding
Dear Rev Duda,
Rich and I just celebrated Valentine’s Day at Il Forniao Carmel. Of
course it reminded me that we got so busy after the wedding (actually
very sick on our honeymoon and after) that we never wrote you a thank
you note. I know, no excuse.
So here it is, almost 6 months of marriage and I am finally writing
you to thank you for the wonderful job you did officiating our
wedding. We loved your candor, your gentleness, your attention to
detail, your kind and poignant words, your sense of humor and
seriousness... all put together to make the Duda charisma!
Our day was a fairytale wedding from beginning to end.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special

Monastary Beach Wedding
My husband and I were married by Rev Duda on 10/10/15 at Monastery Beach. He is amazing! Our ceremony was perfect and he couldn't have done a better job or said more nice things about my husband and I. All our family and friends had great things to say about him too, we are so happy that we picked him for our special day! Thanks again Rev Duda for everything!

Note from Henry & Sarah
My husband and I got married out of town and had our entire wedding planned on line. We wanted our clergyman to be somebody we knew and have a more personal setting, but with the logistics we choose someone local to Carmel. Rev. Duda initiated the contact with us by getting to know our style and what type of a wedding we were looking for. He sent us sample ceremonies so we were able to choose the venue that best matched who we were and our personal style. Our wedding was personal and intimate and we had nothing but positive feedback from our guests regarding our ceremony. We loved our wedding day and wouldn't have changed a thing. I would highly recommend Rev Duda to our friends and family.
We also joked about the fact that he resembles Clint Eastwood. =)
